We don’t have a template which means you are free to arrange your day just as you want it. We are happy to work with you to design your wedding so that it makes the best use of the aspects of the chateau that most appeal to you.
Elements that you might like to incorporate into your day:
- Offer your guests a welcome drink in the delightfully rustic courtyard
- Process down the natural aisle to the 17th century pigeonnier for your wedding ceremony
- Pop some corks and enjoy canapes at the garden bar
- Dine, Mediterranean-style, at long, wooden tables on the lawn or in the barn
- Savour an intimate winter wedding feast in the grand dining room with a glowing hearth
- Dance the night away in the open barn to your favourite tunes
- Enjoy a chilled-out second-day around the pool
- Book a food truck or crepe van for late night nibbles or an easy lunch the following day
As your wedding unfolds your guests will naturally move from one location to another around the chateau, gradually revealing new areas for them to enjoy and making the most of all its fabulous features
Come for a minimum of 4 nights so you have time to
- Arrive at Puissentut and settle your guests in
- Set-up your decorations, relax and soak up the atmosphere, and join your guests for a drink or meal in a local restaurant
- Enjoy the best day of your life
- Have a second-day event to make the most of being amongst your friends and family
We limit our capacity to 120 people because we know, that should we ever have to switch to Plan B, you can carry on celebrating your wedding in style indoors without you incurring any last minute, costly additional expenses.
